This is how our workshops work

The workshops begin on the first day at 9:00 o'clock and close at about 4:30 p.m., unless otherwise stated. On Fridays, the workshop starts at 8.30 a.m. and will close with handing over the ice-cream diploma at about 12:00 or 1:00 p.m. Lunchtime in any workshop is scheduled at 12:30.

Physical comforts are catered for. Warm and cold beverages for lunch breaks are included. Please bring clean working clothes (apron and/or working jacket). You will receive all the workshop documentation from us free of charge. Any workshop will close with handing over the certificate of participation. We lecture small groups of up to 10 participants.

Gladly we will reserve hotel-rooms for you. On our pages you may find, however, a short list of accommodations that you may yourself ask for a reservation.
