We are Germany's First Vocational Ice-cream School. Since 1997, our education centres in Iserlohn and Luckenwalde near Berlin have been qualifying professional ice-cream makers, providing courses and tutorials that each last several days. Established ice-cream makers, confectioners, cooks, business founders, career changers, caterers, hobby cooks, hobby ice-cream makers, and everyone else who desired to make ice-cream the professional way: all of them have been trained by us.
